Austin Carnahan will be teaching how to make Mozzarella cheese from local milk on Wed. Feb 2nd at 6:30pm.

If you want to take home 1/2lb mozzarella with you, RSVP by January 31st to ac6404 [at] gmail [dot] com, and it will be $4 to cover costs.
